baiee Terms & Conditions — Know Your Rights and Obligations

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and baiee ("baiee", "we", "us", "the Platform"). By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the baiee website or services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be legally bound by these Terms in their entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must not access or use the baiee platform. baiee reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after the posting of amended Terms constitutes acceptance of those amendments. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically to ensure you are familiar with the current version.

To be eligible to register and use baiee, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the platform:

• You are at least 21 years of age.
• You are a natural person and not acting on behalf of another party.
• You have not previously been excluded or banned from baiee or any affiliated platform.
• You are not depositing funds on behalf of a third party and you are the sole owner of the payment account used.
• You are acting in a personal, non-professional capacity for recreational purposes only.

baiee reserves the right to request documentation to verify any of the above conditions at any time and may suspend access pending verification. Providing false or misleading information during registration constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in account closure.

To access the full functionality of baiee, you must register for an account by providing a valid Bangladesh phone number and creating a secure password. By completing registration you confirm that all information provided is accurate, current, and complete. You are required to update your account information promptly if any details change.

One Account Policy

Each player is permitted to hold only one registered baiee account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same name, phone number, device, or IP address — is prohibited. baiee uses automated and manual detection to identify duplicate accounts. Where multiple accounts are identified, all associated accounts will be suspended and any withdrawable balances may be forfeited at baiee's discretion.

KYC Identity Verification

baiee is required to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawal requests. KYC verification requires submission of your Bangladesh National Identity Card (NID) details. You may be asked to submit a photograph or scanned copy of your NID and a selfie for verification purposes. Failure to complete KYC will result in the inability to withdraw funds. baiee will handle all submitted KYC documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

Account Security Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your baiee login credentials. You must not share your password with any other person. Any activity carried out through your account while you are logged in will be treated as activity authorised by you. If you suspect that your account has been accessed by an unauthorised party, you must notify baiee support immediately and change your password without delay.

All financial transactions on baiee are conducted in Bangladesh Taka (BDT). baiee supports deposits and withdrawals via Bangladesh mobile financial services only. International payment cards and bank wire transfers are not accepted. By depositing funds into your baiee account, you confirm that the funds originate from a legitimate, lawful source and that you are the sole authorised user of the payment wallet used.

Deposit Conditions

The minimum deposit at baiee is ৳100. There is no upper deposit limit, however baiee may request source of funds documentation for unusually large deposits as part of its anti-money laundering obligations. Deposits made in error or by a third party will be returned to the originating mobile wallet where technically feasible; baiee reserves the right to withhold return of funds pending investigation where fraud is suspected.

Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals at baiee are subject to KYC identity verification being completed prior to the first withdrawal request. Withdrawals must be made to the same mobile wallet account used for the original deposit where possible. The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳200. Under normal operating conditions, verified accounts receive withdrawal processing within 15 to 30 minutes. baiee is not responsible for delays caused by the mobile financial service provider's own processing times, system outages, or maintenance windows.

Anti-Money Laundering

baiee is committed to preventing money laundering and the financing of illegal activity. baiee may at any time request additional documentation to verify the source of funds deposited into your account. Where baiee has reasonable grounds to suspect that funds may be linked to illegal activity, it reserves the right to freeze account balances, suspend withdrawals, and report the matter to appropriate authorities in compliance with applicable law.

The following general conditions apply to all baiee bonus offers:

• Bonuses are available to verified accounts only. KYC must be completed before a bonus withdrawal can be processed.
• All bonuses carry a wagering requirement. The rollover multiplier applicable to each bonus is specified in that offer's individual terms.
• baiee reserves the right to set maximum bet limits during active bonus wagering. Bets placed above the permitted maximum during a bonus wagering period may result in winnings being forfeited.
• Bonuses that are not claimed within the specified validity window will expire automatically and cannot be reinstated.
• Bonus abuse — including creating multiple accounts to claim a single offer, placing low-risk offsetting bets, or any other form of exploitation — will result in the cancellation of the bonus, reversal of any associated winnings, and account suspension.

Free spins awarded as part of a promotion are valid only on the specified game titles and for the period stated in the offer. Any winnings generated from free spins are subject to the wagering requirement stated in the relevant offer terms before they may be withdrawn.

All game outcomes are determined by certified Random Number Generator (RNG) systems or by real-time live event results, as applicable. baiee does not manipulate or interfere with game outcomes.

Technical Failures

In the event of a technical malfunction that affects the outcome of a game, baiee reserves the right to void the affected round and return the stake to the player's account. Where a malfunction results in an incorrect display of winnings, the correct game outcome as recorded by the platform's server logs will take precedence over the displayed amount. baiee will endeavour to resolve technical issues promptly and will communicate relevant information to affected players.

Sports Betting Rules

Cricket and sports betting markets on baiee are governed by the specific rules for each sport and market type, as detailed within the relevant section of the platform. All bets must be placed before the market closes. In-play bets are subject to the applicable in-play trading rules. baiee reserves the right to void bets where an event is abandoned, postponed beyond the stated settlement window, or where a market was opened or settled in error.

• Deposit limits: set daily, weekly, or monthly caps on the amount you can deposit into your baiee account.
• Session time reminders: receive alerts when you have been actively playing for a defined period.

• Evidence of fraud, cheating, collusion, or use of automated software has been identified on the account.
• The account has been identified as a duplicate of another registered account.
• A player has requested self-exclusion, or baiee has determined that responsible gaming intervention is required in the interest of player protection.

Where an account is closed due to a breach of these Terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited. Where an account is closed at the player's own request (including self-exclusion), any verified withdrawable balance will be returned to the player's registered mobile wallet following completion of required verification steps. baiee will endeavour to communicate the reason for account closure where legally and operationally permissible to do so.

All content on the baiee platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, and software — is the property of baiee or its content licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial purposes only. You must not copy, reproduce, republish, upload, post, transmit, or distribute any content from this platform without the prior written consent of baiee.

The baiee brand name, logo, and associated marks may not be used in any form without the express prior written authorisation of baiee. Unauthorised use of baiee intellectual property will be pursued through all available legal remedies.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, baiee shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your access to or use of the baiee platform, whether based on contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory, even if baiee has been advised of the possibility of such damages.

baiee's total liability to you for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your baiee account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

baiee collects and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available on this website. By registering for a baiee account, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy. This includes the collection of registration information, KYC documentation, transaction records, device information, and usage data for the purposes of operating the platform, complying with legal obligations, and improving the user experience.

baiee reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made to these Terms, baiee will use reasonable efforts to notify registered players — for example by posting a notice on the platform or by sending a notification to the registered mobile number. The updated Terms will take effect from the date of publication on this page.

Your continued use of the baiee platform after any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must stop using the platform and contact baiee support to request account closure.

These Terms and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable laws. baiee aims to resolve all player disputes fairly and promptly through its internal customer support process. Players with a complaint or dispute should contact baiee support in the first instance. baiee will investigate all complaints in good faith and provide a response within a reasonable timeframe. Where a dispute cannot be resolved through the internal process, the matter may be referred to an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism in accordance with applicable law.
